PLEASE DO NOT GO GET YOUR NAILS HERE. I got my nails done three days ago here and it already started peeling. I had to go to work so I didn't look much at it before I left. I noticed she left some of my nail polish still near my cuticles and it started peeling two days after I got it done. It was gel as well. I called and he told me to come in to fix it. I drive 20 min to get there to get it fixed and he tells me it'll be $20 when it's usually $25. No customer service at all. He blamed me and said this only happened to you, etc etc. I spent $60 to get my nails done and my toes. My big toe color is already peeling. I never leave reviews but honestly I don't even know how to explain how dissapointd I am. I will never go back there again.

Had a wonderful time! We sat right down, and they were so accommodating for my little girls wants and needs. At the end I tried to give a tip and only had a dollar and she said "that was enough". People don't normally do that! Loved the experience and I highly reccomend.

I've come to this nail salon a couple of times and have been happy with the results of my gel manicures. Today was a completely different story. Worst French gel manicure ever.  I'll admit, my cuticles were a nightmare, but she barely cleaned them up. After buffing my nails to prep them for the gel, she didn't wipe my nails down, therefore dust on my nails when she started to slop on the gel. So nice to see little particles of dust under the polish. She was to busy trying to get me to have a pedicure, telling me how beautiful my hands would look and calling me mama, than paying attention to the crummy job she was doing. The gel polish is on my cuticles, sides if nails and under my nails.  Oh joy!  Now I'm off to soak this bad manicure off and do them myself. Not worth the money. The owners need to let their techs know that they need to take their time and do a good job instead of trying to push additional services.

I’ve gone to this nail salon for the past month or so (about 3 or 4 times total), and I was extremely happy to have found a great, clean environment (from what I thought) I’m the type of person that really does not say much when I go to a nail salon in general, I’m just there to get my nails done and leave. I don’t expect my technician to have a full on conversation with me or to be extra nice, again I am just there to get my nails done, nothing extra. This weekend I went into this nail spa to get my nails done as I do every 2 weeks. I requested to a specific color in which I was looking for the color at the nail bar when the nail technician grabbed me and said to follow her and I will pick my color later I said okay and followed her. As I sat down my nail technician had another tech grab me a few color which were nothing near to what I was looking for. After a few attempts I requested to see the nail pallets so I can just pick a color as she was working on my nails in which she ignored me. I noticed there was another technician there that had a similar color to what I wanted on her nails, so I asked my tech what color she had in which my tech said “that is gel powder”, not even offering to help me find a similar color. As she continued working on my nails I can tell she was very unhappy with the fact I wanted a specific color and she soon became very rude and began to snatch my hands causing me much discomfort and pain. She refused to give me the nail pallets and upon asking her twice for the nail pallets she had a serious attitude and finally asked another tech to give me the pallets. When they finally gave me the nail pallets, they gave me the orange colors (mind I wanted a blue gray color) and another small pallet of reds. After going through the colors I picked a red color as I just wanted to get out of there at that point. While she was painting my nails I put my nails in the dryer which they have at the seats, after doing so she rudely said “your have to move” (as she had a client waiting for her). I was like okay. When she was done painting my nails she sat me at the chair next to her in which that tech came and said that she had a client and I also had to move, that technician noticing I was getting aggravated, she said she will just sit at the seat next to me. At that point I was extremely upset and felt really bad giving attitude to that tech so I apologized to her as she had nothing to do with the rudeness of my technician. As I noticed my technician was staring at me and began to grin and laugh, I told her that she was very rude in which she started to back talk me and began to verbally insult me telling me that I need to be nice (keep in mind I did not even talk to her the whole time other than requesting nail colors). I requested that she stopped talking to me in which she did not. I grabbed my things and got up where the owners (that have done my nails in the past) grabbed me outside and began to calm me down telling me that I should’ve told them about the situation. I informed them that I will not be coming to this place again and walked away. Although the owners of this salon and other technicians had nothing to do with the situation this is NOT a place I will be going back to and would NOT recommend it to anyone else after such experience. This technician was very rude the whole time, she made me feel as if I was nothing and I was there and she was painting my nails out of the kindness of her heart and she was not going to get paid (which was not the case, she got paid and tipped even after the whole situation). Although I do not have anything against the owners of this business, I am sure they know their employees well enough and have the responsibility to and coach them not to treat people in such a manner, as they are in a service related industry and that is not the way you treat clients that walk through your door. I expected more out of this place, and unfortunately I was wrong. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Omg I love Apple. She's the best tech I had there after I had a few do my nails. Once I found her she's amazing. Great quality quick service. Excellent atmosphere to be in whil getting pampered.
