Banned! Banned! Banned!
I was told by a worker not to come back there and that I was banned. Really?! Lol. He banned me because I called their Baton Rouge Lousiana corporate office and told them how poor their customer service skills are.
He said If I showed up there he would call security. Keep in mind their nail services are mediocre at best. There is only ONE good nail tech there that I go to. The others are garbage. I'd rather pay the additional five bucks at another spa than to deal with this crap.

This place deserves 0 stars. My sister and I came here and they were completely rude to her. They always try to make new people do eyebrows knowing they don't know what they're doing. The result was that they messed up one of my sister's eyebrows and got mad when she REPEATEDLY asked them to fix it. Like WHY would we pay you when you haven't completely finished your job. They're just trying to make that quick $8 for the day. Then as we were leaving they tried to scam my sister saying eyebrows were $9 and I said NO I was charged $8. How are you gonna try to get a tip when you KNOW you messed up. I no longer come here for my nails nor eyebrows.

I come here to have Hamy do my SNS nails monthly, she's amazing and my nails always look exactly how I want them. The staff is friendly and they always do their best to work people in to their schedule.

Hamy is great! I get the SNS nails, which isn't offered in most salons.This is better for your nails.Great prices and service.

 I'll start with the pros.  There was no wait, it was fairly clean, staff is friendly although they do not speak much English,  and they zip through the process; I've never had my nails done so quickly.  The con is that my cuticles look terrible. The polymer/monomer mix is already peeling and cracking on all my cuticles.  I noticed this yesterday and I've only had them done three days ago.  I have an office job, I don't over sanitize, or use any chemicals that should cause this.  The other pro is that the full set was only $25.  You get what you pay for and I will never be going back (even if offered a discount or an opportunity to redo them as some businesses do to get you to change your rating).  I only wish I could attach pictures  I took to support what I'm saying here.
