Stopped in one night at 6:30 to get nails done, they said they were too busy to get me in before they closed at 8. They were servicing 3 people at the time. Told me to come back the next day. 

Came back the next day and had probably one of the worst manicures and pedicures I’ve had. Paid over 100 dollars for gel polish on my nails and toes, for it to only last 6 days. Felt the person who did them was just rushing through and didn’t pay attention at all to what I was requesting. 

Won’t ever go back and would not recommend.

This is my hands down favorite nail salon in the Herndon/Reston area. The spa is clean, comfortable and inviting. Jennifer is the best, she always does an immaculate job on my acrylic nails. Love this place!

The pampering you get from this place is excellent! Long massages, warm wax bath, etc for even the "regular" mani-pedi. The atmosphere is clean and fancy. 3 stars because the end product for my nail polish was pretty sub-par. I had my nails done for a photo shoot I have coming up but will be taking off the polish. It just looked SUPER uneven and thin.

2 visits later and I’m turned off at how fast they try to turn over clients at the cost of quality manicures. I can’t relax & micro manage the technician, not for me
