I love luxury salon. I've gotten many treatments from Elena and I loved them ALL. She is very professional  and is very focused on what she's doing. I absolutely love all her work!! 
Brian does an amazing job doing coloring and cutting my hair. I love BOTH there work.

If you want Luxury --this is the place to go! I have come here for multiple services: cellulite treatment, waxing, and eyelash extensions. Elena is an eyelash guru!  She puts so much time and effort into her practice and it definitely shows. Every single time I left satisfied and very happy with with my results. I was always greeted and offered a beverage. I never had to wait for an appointment and they always found a way to fit me into their schedule. This place is awesome and definitely worth the trip from Portland.

Luxury Salon and Spa, Not! 
This place was a fricken dive to me.
Busted my butt to be on time for my massage and arrived early to fill out the usual health and condition forms. 
I thought I was in the wrong place when I went in. 
Barber shop??? 3 crowded waiting seats, one left wedged in by the door. Lady barber gave me some forms to fill out after waiting a few minutes. Second page was a facial form. 13 min. after my scheduled massage time, masseuse came out and said that's the wrong form. She disappeared for 5 minutes and came back and said ready?, after I had been waiting there over 25 minutes. No medical form? Hmmm...

The massage itself was just, okay, but then there was the room...
A very small room with no hooks or any place to hang or put my personal belongings. Not even a chair, shelf, cubby, locker, nothing!. A small stool at end of the table but how is the masseuse going to navigate around the massage table? Not even a place for my shoes, under the table I guessed.
Sure enough, I could hear her maneuvering with difficulty at the foot of the table and then bumping my head and brushing against the wall at my end. Ridiculous I thought! 
Yeah, pretty frustrated with the late start, but trying to relax and make the most of it.
Then there was the table. First my head was too high kinking my neck and my chin kept hitting a cold metal bar in the face doughnut. Spoke up about this. She adjusted it twice, but some how it was hard and not comfortable at all.
The traditional lumbar pillow for the legs was a full size pillow and after requesting it be moved up twice, it just didn't feel right, was crooked, and didn't support the legs properly.
Then there was a heating element I believe on the massage table top, that the element wire stuck into my breast bone. I squirmed around to dodge it somewhat and also had to keep shifting my face on that uncomfortable face doughnut.
The overall noise level was pretty high over the soft music. Voices, laughing, fan running, trickling water sound (suppose to be soothing), and some compressor or something running in the background. Sounded like a semi idling in the next room. Not that relaxing.
Did that intake form really say mandatory 18% gratuity based on retail value at end of massage? A $125.00 value listed on the form. Yes it was a Groupon at $59.00, a $90.00 value was the original Stone Massage value I thought. I base gratuity on the quality of service and usually tip generously, but something stating mandatory percentage just rubs me the wrong way!
At those rates I was really expecting to be pampered in luxurious surroundings, not a crowed noisy barber shop setting with pop music out front and a tiny massage room with no hooks!
Relax, I kept telling myself, it will be over soon. 
I did get a full hour massage but luckily I didn't have other appointments afterwards or I would have been very late. 
The paper cup of lukewarm water waiting at check out wasn't exactly what I expected when told there would be water waiting for me. Tap water? 
I feel sorry for my masseuse having to work in that sub-standard environment, she could do so much better. Didn't see a license or certificate displayed anywhere and had to ask about her schooling and experience.
Felt there was no excuse for such a late start, my experience being you get there on time or loose the time off your massage that you are late. My time is valuable too and I scheduled a time to be there and expect the same courtesy. 
The overall impression when entering such an establishment with "Luxury" Salon as its name was very disappointing. Not even a receptionist or counter when you enter. Just someone busy cutting hair that has to stop to answer the phone, and a couple of chairs. 
Needless to say, I won't be back! Save your Groupon money and try somewhere else! 
I feel bad leaving a negative review and nothing against my masseuse, but I'm obviously not the only one, looking at other reviews on Yelp and else where, and not a way to earn my repeat business. The place needs a complete makeover and should have learned something by now.
