Thank you LV Moving!! You were especially helpful, careful and pleasant in the long day you had moving our belongings. 

Our house is near the college at the edge of Van Nuys, CA and the students park their cars all throughout my neighborhood making it very difficult for you to even get your truck into a spot in front of the house.
 
As I type this, your crew is still working very hard to finish up before they then drive straight through the night to deliver to our new house in Las Vegas, NV. You people have been great through this entire experience and we really appreciate your help today! Thank you again!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS....I GOT A CRAPPY REFUND FROM THE INSURANCE CARRIER AND THEY'VE DISAPPEARED!

I would highly advise you to locate another moving company.
they will hide behind technicality after technicality. expected delivery date was the 9th, they had an issue with someone else's truck and now our delivery won't be delivered till the 14th to the 16th. 
Was told that if we had paid for guaranteed delivery (a 500 dollar charge) then they would be having it out here already. Again if you value your time and money go elsewhere.

Worst experience of my life. Had to rent a Uhaul truck to meet the driver at a freaking truck stop for him to unload my stuff so I can move myself. Had to drive miles away from my place to get stuff. Was told i had 30min or else. Really??? It was either that or pay an additional $300 for him to bring my stuff into the apartment! If your company CANNOT pull into apartment complexes you need to tell the customer! Not surprise them on the day of. Customer Service said "Can't you just give him the $300. He has other deliveries to do." " What! Do YOU have $300 to give him?! I sure don't!!!" And this Vito had told me previously that I was his last delivery and he was going home. Such crap.
