Nice museum with four or five different galleries. They get good exhibits and change them often. They have a nice permanent collection and sculpture garden as well. The museum is free to New London residents with ID, and I've enjoyed that perk. It's a kid friendly place, and they have a little scavenger hunt for the kids to do in the permanent collection. When it's completed, they get to pick a pencil or bookmark. They also have kids crafts on Saturdays and a giant dollhouse I-spy activity.

This is an excellent museum! All exhibits are arranged and documented with the best research and thought. The styles and varieties of art are very stimulating and enriching.

Roomy warm and inviting. Interesting artifacts and super clean.

A wide variety of local art from the 18th century to modern day. We came for a free day and are glad we decided to check it out.
