I've been waiting weeks, weeks and weeks for my daughters formula to be added...along with a ton of back and forth between her pediatrician and the WIC office. While they can't seem to add her formula they can gladly manage to take away milk, peanut butter, eggs, cheese and bread.
Their answering machine (which you will always seem to get) says they will return your call by the end of business that day. 
No Formula...No Call. 
Im glad your wallets and bellies are so full you can forget those who actually need help sometimes. 

(Also, in person they are the rudest office bunch any mother and child should have to deal with.)
