Lynchburg Roofing is one of the most professional companies I have ever seen. I interfaced with dozens of contractors over the years in my past job, Lynchburg Roofing ranks near the top. From getting an estimate from Chris to the actual job being done, hard workers, very professional workmanship, and they left the job site spotless. Would be very glad to recommend them to anyone looking to have a roof done, their work is excellent!

Awesome roof, but they destroyed my landscaping! The roof looks terrific. They installed roof vents which had not been properly installed before. However, in spite of my asking the crew chief to be careful of my newly completed ($6500) landscaping, hundreds of dollars of new shrubs were flattened by the shingles that were torn off and just dumped off the edge of the roof. I have seen other companies (in Maryland) take measures to protect plants, but it would seem Lynchburg Roofing can't be bothered. They also damaged our gutters with unpadded/unprotected ladders, also in spite of being asked to take care.

Straight presentation and did what they promised (Dec 2015). Great follow up. Yes, a little higher than big box sub contractor but ALL local! Worth it!

Everything was great from start to finish. The nor'easter a few weeks ago damaged my roof, and I got an estimate from another company the day I discovered it. Thankfully, they weren't very helpful or responsive after that-- so I called around for other estimates. That's when I called Chris at Lynchburg Roofing, who was able to get out and assess my roof days before any other company said they could. In fact, I was worried Hurricane Joaquin would cause more damage. Chris came out, assessed the house, and got my quote to me that day. It was less than the other company, had a better warranty, and was clearly written. I had to wait for my insurance company to inspect the roof, and all the while Chris was responsive to emails and calls. (I'm still waiting to hear back from a few companies- ha). Of course, I chose Lynchburg Roofing out of all the estimates I recieved because their customer service was the best. Work started on my roof within a reasonable period (faster than other companies' estimates) and they were finished in one day. I went with Charcoal color, and it look great. Today, a few days after the work was finished, I was called by one of their inspectors to come back and make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I am pleased. I am not saying there aren't other good roofing companies out there- but I needed everything done quickly (and I'm sure there was a lot of back up in smaller companies with the storms) and professionally, and Lynchburg Roofing did just that.
