I moved here in 2014 from Pennsylvania with my F-150. Went looking for that big blue sign in Marshall County and was happy to find the good folks that work here! The name was different, but the people have remained the same and that's important.  As a single women I need to have a relationship with the people who take care of my truck.  From day one I have felt welcome here. They are good, honest people and I am very happy to have found them.  I have had my truck serviced here every 5000 miles for the last 4 years.  I bought a new truck from them 2 years ago. I have experience with all areas-from sales, front desk, service and parts. They are 100% a 5 Star dealership. I plan to be one of their clients for a long time! You can not go wrong here!

I am beyond happy with my experience at Lyons Ford.  I found a great car on an app on my phone and emailed them for more information.  Julia promptly returned my email and took great care of me.  I drove 9 hours round trip to pick up my new Explorer and by far it was the BEST experience I have ever had in buying a new vehicle.  Well worth the drive! Everything was exactly what we had discussed, no surprises, no high pressure sales pitches for upgrades...just exactly what I wanted and expected.  Thanks again Julia and Lyons Ford!

Ordered a 2018 transit from Lyons Ford a couple of months ago.  The van was delivery was 100% correct.  Richard's team was the best group of people I have ever dealt with in the car industry.  Ryan, his team lead kept me informed throughout the process.  Great work by all

Make sure that everything with the vehicle is on the up and up. Down to floor mats lights and take to your on mechanic. Had not had it a month put less than 150 miles and already have had to buy a battery and was told that my alternator may be going out. Call they said they would get back to me well haven't heard anything yet. They are nice people but check out what you are buying with find tooth comb

They are awesome, I buy as many as 5 or more vehicles a year for my company, all from Lyons... There is a reason I use them, second to none!!!
