Scheduling was very easy and they made clear all the costs. The crew was well mannered and got my move done quickly. It was a great experience. I will use them again on my next move.

When I called to check on prices they were very friendly on the phone. I ended up booking with them because they had the best price out of the movers that I called. The crew arrived and everyone jumped right into working. They worked hard throughout the entire move. I will use them again to move me back out of storage when my house is ready.

I only use Mad Moving after being referred a few years back.  I had to call them with short notice this time.  They were able to accommodate me.  It was another top notch and expedient move.  Thanks for another outstanding move for a fair price.  Hopefully,  this is my last move though.  But if not,  I will use  them again.

There is good and bad about this company.  First get your own insurance policy to cover your stuff. The three guys to move and the large truck are sufficient for a two bedroom condo if motivated. There were three workers and one seemed like he somewhat knew what he was doing. Another willing to work but not smart about planning items and boxed. The third was do incompetent, lazy, and essentially worthless. Truly a shame I had to pay for his presence. These are not trained, professional movers. These are people just trying to make a living. They don't put care into how they move. The movers dinged furniture repeatedly and I had to tell them to stay off of the walls and door frames of my new place. They stepped all over the items in the place and moved without care or forethought. They sweated all over my stuff and one mover actually put his sweety  face and hair against a wood piece of furniture the entire time her moved it. They struggled, we're not very strong which increases the hourly rate. I heard one guy say to another take your time there's a lot of stuff - they work on an hourly rate. He cursed profusely and complained about doing his job! That he was getting paid for. Another felt it was acceptable to tell a racist story instead of moving items.

Overall they were just meh and over priced for the service provided. I would next time pay the money for professional, experienced movers who have the strength to handle a 2.5 hour job. I'm convinced everything inn Fayetteville is a scam.
