I was moving states, called THREE times after making an online reservation for 5/30 to ensure everything would go smoothly because I had furniture I NEEDED to store. This reservation was made a week in advance of my move, by the way. I was told by employees everything was set. The day I go there, I’m told they can’t find my reservation and that there’s nothing they can do. No other units available. The girl assisting me seemed more interested in her phone than helping me, and when she called the manager he basically said “tough luck” and was adamant I booked the wrong location. I pulled up my reservation email listing their address. Still nothing they could do. Just glad I didn’t give them my money. Maybe be a little less apathetic when giving someone bad news, suggest a place nearby, offer some kind of assistance? Nope, not here. Fix your online reservation system or just take them over the phone.

Professionalism 5 stars. Cleanliness 5 stars. Temperature control unit 4 stars. I gave it a 4 stars because the fabric blanket my bedroom set was wrapped in, some of the partial of the blanket was stuck on the finishing in some areas. I was able to remove it. Their staff team is very welcoming.

Please be very careful when putting your things in this storage after my divorce I resorted to putting my things in storage .. I paid for several year then covid hit lost my job and got behind and one day I called to make arrangements and they informed me that with all of my late fees that they can no longer accept partial payments.. they told me when their  auction was and then  I asked if I could have my family photo album and they inform me that whoever purchased it would have to answer that.. I do not live close to hopemills nc so after the auction  I called back to get the phone to whomever purchased my unit and I was informed that they don't know who purchased my unit. I am so sad over this. those are my only thing I wanted to give my daughter  was our photo album I hope that something like this happens to everyone involved with me losing my pictures .. those pictures can't be replaced and the way the world is going they will have their day. All of these good reviews are fake

EASTOVER LOCATION: Misleading information on contract Gate access code number when there is one entrance to the same area with a paved drive access and **NO GATE**; Unsecure access to exterior units; failure to follow-thru with commitment regarding refund.  Spoke with female representative regarding no gate the same day the false-advertising/misleading was signed.  She said that the credit card transaction could not be voided, but a refund for the charge could be processed.  3 & 1/2 weeks later: NO REFUND.

The staff is friendly but if your behind in payments they dont tell you about about the extra fees to cut locks or to get your storage out of auction. And they should honestly tell people this before signing a lease with them!

If you are going to store anything this is the place to go. I always use USA. The people there are great.

Great bunch of folks. Rented climate and non-climate space for about 4 months while the new house was being built. Small business attitude - fair and always pleasant. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very unprofessional place of business. Please choose another place of business! Before they break your possessions and give you the run around trying to replace them!

It's a "GREAT" place and they have GOOD prices. If I ever need them again that's where I'll go.
