M&C Mobile Village and Sales, Inc. was founded in 1960 by Alex Naumoff and Richard Sickler. The park is now owned and operated by Alex and Mary Naumoff's 11 children. Our goal is to keep M&C a pleasant, well-kept, friendly, affordable, and safe place to live.
The village currently houses 105 manufactured homes, has 2 short lots available for homes to be brought in, one trailer available for purchase, and one more coming available in April 2015.
Monthly lot rent is $260, including trash removal. Tenants are responsible for their own utilities, including water.
M&C is tucked in the northwest corner of Barberton, Ohio, 5 minutes from downtown and beautiful Lake Anna, home of the Cherry Blossom Festival, Mum Fest, and many other community events.
