Had a flat on my wife's van, and I wasn't with her. I called Matt in Barberton and explained my situation, he offered to patch or add the new tire, and was willing to let me buy the tire for less online and ship it to them. But, he was able to patch 2 nail holes in the tire! When my wife asked what the cost was he said "all set" which was a massive relief! We will always get our tires here now because of the kindness he showed!
