Story

M.H. Bread and Butter is a cafe and bakery in San Anselmo, CA. We sell crafted breads made in small batches, preserves and fermented goods, salads, sandwiches, breakfast items and pastries, as well as wood-fired pizzas three days a week. Fantastic coffee, craft beers and fantastic wine. Our goal is to help nourish the community through food. We want to source our food from within the community, provide amazing food that is accessible, real and unpretentious and be a place that people can gather, relax, enjoy. We want to do our food, the kind of food we love to eat day in and day out.
