Reviews

Switched agencies because I was with a company for 6 months and they went higher instead of lower, even though I have had no accidents or anything. Now I pay less for more. Attempted to get my cancellation paper sent to the county assessor's and they told me over the phone(with an attitude) that they couldn't because they were extremely busy. Went up to the store (didn't take me very long) and there were no customers and no agent was on the phone. They could have been looking up quotes, but it takes less than a minute to send a fax. Horrible customer service!! I'd give no stars if I could.

They do not have good customer service. I have been cursed, yelled at, and hung up on the phone. When I've called to get a new quote the do not want the information on the vehicle, the just give me the price that would be added to my policy, I've since changed,  also other companies beat there prices. The ONE PLUS is that if you have tons of tickets or that sort of thing and other insurance companies won't insure you or are too expensive they usually are the better company to go through, they have someone that insures people with those issues at a more reasonable price
