Worst experience I have had with a property management company. Took almost two months to fix a drier that was broken when we moved in because they never called to have it fixed. Terrible attitudes and were rude every time I spoke to them (after we moved in, of course). Then when we gave our notice I called to see what we needed to do about getting a final walkthrough. They said after everything is moved out and cleaned to drop off the keys and the walkthrough would be scheduled soon after. I did that and come to find out, once I turned in the keys, I was no longer able to clean or fix anything additional in order to get our full deposit back. After I asked them how much we would be getting back they said they didn’t know and now haven’t returned calls. We went into the office a couple weeks after and they then told us they had 30 days to get our deposit to us. It had now been 31 days since we dropped off our keys and we still do not have whatever is left of our deposit. We have never had problems with any property management company before. We are both clean freaks and make sure that we take care of our homes. They have treated us like garbage and I am so happy we bought a house (through a different reality company for obvious reasons) and won’t have to deal with them again after this.

M. Scott Properties Inc handled my rental for 10+ years and alway took great care of it for me.  When I moved into it, there were no problems at all with the home. I could move right in.

I work with M Scott both as a vendor and as a landlord.  They take superb care of my rental house, my tenants, and are easy to work with on the vendor side.
