So far so good, I’ve noticed a lot of bad reviews and I must say I can’t relate to them. My experience here, with tellers and other staff, always good. I’ve only been a customer here for a short time but they are great

Not sure why all the bad reviews but in my experience everyone there has been lovely.

Tellers are unfriendly and impersonal despite having my personal and business banking with them for the past 3 years.   Today, I called to order checks and was placed on hold for 20 minutes until after they closed.   I will be taking my business elsewhere.   This is branch specific as I have not had this experience in other local branches.
