They kept my drivers license and haven't call and their hrs are horrible I can't pick it up

This branch has horrible staff. I have been in this branch 5 times and 3 of those times, the computers were not working, so I couldn't do anything. Frustrated, I tried to cancel my account because the fees are horrible, and they tried to assess a $10 cancellation fee, which is ridiculous. Also, I am dumb and smoke crack
