I have had an account with BB&T since I can remember. This branch makes me want to take my business elsewhere. They have to be the slowest, laziest and unhelpful banker/tellers ever. I just had my 3rd most frustrating experience with this location in the last 2 months, specifically with one teller in particular. As a customer,  I am appalled at the lack of customer service. I had questions that went unanswered because she was too lazy to find out. The ATM ate my money and instead of offering to help me through the process, she threw up her hands and walked away from the window (upon calling the ATM company, they informed me she had the same capabilities as they did, just refused to assist me). This past afternoon, I waited in line for 10 minutes without acknowledgement, despite having 3 people behind the glass. Lucky me, I got the same lazy teller who instead of giving me helpful information, told me to drive to another branch because she didn't know about a seal that I needed stamped. You would think she could have asked someone in that branch, called another branch for me, etc. But no, that'd be too much work. I am absolutely seething that I can't rely on my local branch to be helpful when I am seeking information or service.
