I had my daughter's 2000 NewBeetle  painted at the Maaco on North Main, in Fort Worth, TX. It was a surprise for my daughter, as she was out of town. Timing was essential. I dealt with Bruce Hallinan, the Manager. Bruce was great to deal with. I brought it in on a Tuesday and needed it back by Friday.  Although he was a little hesitant to promise it would be ready by then, he told me he would do the best he could to have it ready by Friday. Well, it was ready for pick up by Friday, and the Paint job was excellent! My daughter loved it! I would definitely recommend this (North Main) Maaco to anyone looking for a great paint job at a reasonable price.

I had my Mitsubishi Eclipse painted here and it was done exactly when they promised and at a very reasonable price. I would give the quality of the paint job about a 7 out of 10, but what do you expect for so cheap??? Overall very satisfied.....so far.  We'll have to see how the paint holds up.

I was given a date I could expect my vehicle to be done and was not able to get my truck back until the next week.  I went with Maaco because they offered a quicker release date even though  I got a cheaper estimate from another shop.  When I told Bruce I wanted him to match the other price to keep my business he laughed and told me I did not have another vehicle I needed to fix.  Very rude and I will be taking my mustang, money and future jobs to a more courteous establishment.

Worst customer service I've had at  Macco. I had other cars painted at the one that closed off 820 so I called this one. I asked about their low cost paint job and was told they don't sand or mask. I told them it was advertised on tv as a complete paint job. He said it would be $129 to &229 more to sand and mask. He was very rude and told me no one would paint a car for that advertised price. When I asked for his name he hung up in me and never answered any of my calls again.
