The people that work in this shop are not only experienced technicians, they're honest about what they're doing to your vehicle and will try to get you the best prices possible. If at any point you have questions about their services, the status of your vehicle, or even just a mechanical question, there is always someone available at the shop to help answer any questions you may have. These people will go the extra mile to help any way they can.

Tim and his associates have worked on all of my families Audi's for many years. They are very professional, and above all, honest. I recommend their shop to all of my family and friends.

Tim's services both our BMW cars and I have never had a bad experience. Infact when a water pump went out on my X5 they handled everything with the extended warranty company. Pat in the front office has been nothing but a friend anytime we have our cars there. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who needs a good/honest German auto repair mechanic.

Honest and Trustworthy.  I have had bad experiences with service dealerships, but Tim's has never disappointed me.  They review vehicle issues and will do everything they can to try and minimize the expense.  I would highly recommend.

Thanks Tim's German auto! I found 6 loose bolts holding my engine and transmission in after a clutch job. Glad you charged me an extra $400 over quote to remove my exhaust. Something that takes me 30 minutes on jack stands on my driveway. Classy folks over there.
