I used MAC'S MOVING to help me move. The guys showed up on time and did everything as I asked and wrapped and padded all wood furniture as well as covered all my glass so nothing got broken.im sorry for the one or two customers that may of had an issue but I can't AGREE. I used to move for another company myself before and MAC'S DID A GREAT JOB I would recommend them to anyone anytime. In Fact I even applied for a job to join the team.Dont hesitate or have a second guess on using MAC'S the guys are great an so is the lady Sam in the office who answers the phone

We had had a terrible experience with another moving company. Mack's Moving sent in their A Team to move us within our building to a larger apartment. This company did the job with respect for our belongings and with great professionalism. They prepared our furniture as though it was to be moved across the country rather than just two floors down. The workers were pleasant, kind and winning. They were done quickly. We were totally happy with the result. We have recommended them to friends. We need them once again and hope for the same experience. CMM

My move today was perfect. Everything shrink-wrapped, carefully handled, they were on time, and everyone I dealt with in this company has been such a pleasure to work with. We had to move quickly, under some stress, and these folks were incredibly understanding. I recommend them completely.

We used them in Feb 2017, not a good move. Few items broke, insurance paperwork never mailed? I would not use them again.

My experience with this Company was "HORRIBLE AFTER THE FACT:". Moving was scheduled for Fri 8/1- was pushed back to 8/2 at their request. They came in Sat. removed all the boxes, box spring and mattress. lil knick knacks here and there. The main reason for me hiring professional movers was because the bedroom set is an Italian glass and mirror king size which I specifically made it clear on the phone when I did my inquiry. I was told I had nothing to worry, that's what they do. Instead they left all the big bulky furniture behind like my BR set, dinner table, and a 5 pc. wall unit promising to return Sunday at no charge because that furniture required a better truck with traction. Paid them in full that Sat. Sun meeting time was at 9am. NO ONE SHOWED UP NOR DID THEY CALL. I spent the entire day calling and leaving messages. No one gave me the courtesy of returning my calls. To this day 08/7/2014 no one from the office has called to excuse themselves. They also put a big gash tear on my brand new leather love seat that still had the sales ticket hanging. They took pic and promised it would be taken care of...I will never use this Co. nor will I recommend that you would either. I had to hire another co. to come pick up after them.
