I had to move 60 years of life. My husband's, my son's, and mine. It took us two months of cleaning out storage bins, filling up new pods, and eventually moving into a huge house. Up and Down Movers were consistent, handled some very big items, did not scratch my beautiful floors or walls. I highly recommend them.

I am not writing as a customer. However, I am writing as this company was given a deposit by my mother. I live 12 hours away and not being able to assist here with her move was happy that she found movers. On the day of her move Up and Down services DID NOT SHOW UP. Causing my mother to go and find another moving service the day she planned to move out. This place has shown poor customer service and poor quality of service. She has yet to be paid her deposit back. I am a reputable reviewer with Google of services and give feedback based on the services. I recommend you find another moving service and not use Up and Down movers.

They were absolutely amazing. They moved me out of my 2 bedroom apartment and they didn't break anything. The owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I'll definitely use them in the future.
