I go to the casino almost every night. And all of the bartenders are really nice. Except for the Hawaiian one. Talia, idk if i said her name, right. She's very rude and disrespectful. If you're in the service industry you shouldn't treat your customers like that and the fact that she would do that when you're tipping and making sure your bartenders are okay is definitely rude and disrespectful, stressing when you never did nothing to anyone.  I will never go back there again when she's working and if I do... Angie, barb,and Tanya Are the best bargainers there?If you want somebody that doesn't get overworked and get irritated with their customers because they ask for stuff.Don't go on her night

this place is way too small they only have table games no slots plus the staff was rude they only have about 4 tables in the whole building thats IT

Great casino! The customer service is terrific · especially Abbie! We're always very well taken care of here! The menu has a fairly decent selection of food, but I did prefer it before they changed it. Overall a very enjoyable casino!

The dealer, Tisa i think was her name, was very unprofessional, impatient, and rude.

Horrible customer service. Terrible dealers. Played through half of a a shoe of blackjack at a $5 table before I was told magically it’s now a $10 table. My friend played before me a shoe at $5 a hand the whole shoe but magically halfway through my shoe it was a $10 table. Dealers refuse to help you with totals when you can’t do math. The other patrons were absolutley ridiculous and made me feel unwelcome Horrible experience terrible customer service and pit bosses who change their mind based on their emotions. Will never come back again. If I could give zero stars I would have.

Terrible Restaurant Bar Service here. The day before I went online to order. I was unable to find online Menu. So I called. There was No Operator Available to take my call. Cashier, Nor the floor Manager could help me or even attempted to get me to Someone in the Kitchen. So I say ok, I know they have good fried rice. So today I go in person. Its a long drive but I just got to have it. Its my Birthday. When I get there, I go into the Bar. The Bartender does Not acknowledge me. So I sit where she can See me. I had to get a worker that was passing by to get her attention. She brings the Menu and just drops it on table. Still No acknowledgement. No would you like a drink. No Hello. No nothing. And then I sit and wait to order. She never came back to the table. I Refuse to give my money to a place with such BAD Service. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. Customer Service is still Customer Service.  I guess they have So much money coming in, that They didnt need my $100

I visited here for takeout I didn't go for the casino. I ordered almond chicken and chicken fried rice and the Walnut prawns. I was disappointed in the meal it was highly expensive and I thought I would get plain rice with the walnut chicken and the almond chicken but that didn't happen apparently since I ordered the chicken fried rice I didn't get white rice. So that was a bit upsetting to me and I didn't feel like going back since I had already left and I was at home. The server was great he was fantastic actually I liked him a lot he made sure that he kept me up to date with my meal he gave me some water and he also gave me a beverage. That's the reason why I've given three stars otherwise this would be one star. Again the food was overpriced and I feel like my order was incorrect. I didn't even get a fortune cookie. So I may not visit this location again for food or I would have to order something different.

I just called to ask if they allowed overnight RV parking for solo travelers, and the reception desk lady was rude, after I explained! Now I see why they have LOW ratings here!
