I had a number of appraisers to evaluated my property over the past few years, and I found Macier Appraisal to be the best of the group.  When Anne Graham-Macier, certified appraisier, came to my home she was on time, curtious, and spent time making the appraisal (not a ten minute walk throught).  Mrs. Macier asked me questions about my home as she took her pictures so to make sure her evaluation of the property was accurate.  The appraisal was completed on time.  Anne Graham-Macier is experienced and a ture professional.  I give her, and her firm she represent my highest recommendation.
