Overall nice place to live. Staff is really nice . Maintenance is great and on point. However Hallways and stairways get really dirty. Almost disgusting. BBQ area is a sticky mess. mostly due to tenants that dont clean up after themselves. Parking is horrible at night. Rent goes up every year.

I decided to make Vesada my home about a year ago. Its been a great experience so far. The people living here are nice, the property is clean and the landscaping is maintained really well. The staff is great!!! The maintenance workers are friendly, always greeting you and smiling. The leasing staff is attentive and heavily involved with community activities. They truly love what they do and it shows whenever they greet you by name. I can honestly say that the staff has made me feel like a part of a bigger family.

I have lived here 5 years and feel very comfortable here.  Management does their best in keeping it that way.  Almost feel like I am on vacation every day when I come home.  The  washer/dryer in the apartment is one of the perks that keep me here. And the ice maker in the fridge is one of the little things that delight me.

Parking issues that owners are too lazy to fix: 
I have lived at Vesada Apartment Homes for 3 years.  When my sister and I moved here, parking was an issue.  However, my sister and I were given 2 parking permits and a garage.  That way, whoever arrived home first parked outside and the garage was open for whoever arrived later in the night.  When Vesada switched security companies, they assured us that the new system would remedy the parking issues.  So, we were given one permit and we still had our garage.  This locked us into one of us parking outside and one of us parking in the garage.  The new system worked for a while, the threat of being towed, left open parking spaces well into the night.  Lately, due to the security company not consistently and adequately patrolling, some residents have been taking advantage.  I have had to call the security company to report cars, because Weidner refuses to modify the parking restrictions.  I called management and was told, "there is nothing we can do".  Which is bogus, because another Riverside apartment complex has the same security company, Patrol-One.  Their patrol comes out consistently and will tow. If you are parked without being "safe listed" or without a permit, you are given a warning citation and put in the system.  The next time you violate the parking restrictions, you are towed.  So, that apartment complex hasn't had any parking issues since they implemented their new system.  So, things can change.  I was also disappointed with management. When I asked, "what am I supposed to do when there isn't any parking?", I was told, "you have to park in the nearest residential area and WALK to your apt".  Now, anyone that knows about this area, knows that the nearest residential area is a quarter of a mile down the street.  There are barely any sidewalks and there is an open field.  Not to mention the gang territory that is in the neighboring area.  So, for a woman, walking alone, at night, is too vulnerable and not safe.   It was insensitive and reckless solution.  To say I was offended, is an understatement.  Especially, since our rent just increased $150 and they don't want to provide adequate parking for residents. But they can accommodate all of our guests.  INSANE!!  I should be able to park before any guest.  I am paying good money, on time, straight from my bank account.  I have been doing this since I moved in, check my receipts.  If things don't change, I will not renew my lease and if something happens to me because there is no parking, I will be seeking legal action.  Since our lease and apt managers assured us we would have adequate parking.  SHAME on Weidner!

I have never toured or lived at this community, but I do work in Property Management. I drive by this community everyday and it has the best curb appeal. #foodforthought
