You are crooks and swindlers. You have an answer for everything, don't You? Hey, investing public, be very, very weary of these douche holes. Your offers are way below market value and in no way are they in the best interest of the stock holder. Read the comments. I'm not the only one who has come across one of your offers. You say that your offers benefit individuals who need cash from non liquid holdings when in fact you are costing them up to 40% of their investment. How is that helping. Most of these investments are in retirement funds. Stop messing with people's retirement funds. You prey on the uninformed investor. I hope people read these reviews and think twice before accepting any offer from you.

UNscrupulous low life scumbags endeavor'N to take UDF IV REiT investors to the cleaners by offer'N extra-ordinarily super low amounts for shares that are way under priced due to a hedge fund disseminating totally FALSE info. claim'N that the executives of this company were operating a real estate Ponzi Scheme !?

I don't usually write reviews but I find this company's practice of making a tender offer at way below market prices completely egregious, albeit legal. They offered $13.01 for an asset with NAV / Share of $24.17. Nearly a 50% discount to net asset value. I can't imagine the number of uneducated folks they've preyed upon. To whoever receives a tender offer from this company, make sure you talk to a financial advisor who you trust. In fact I recommend consulting multiple financial advisors as to the merits of the tender offer. If you believe your financial advisor provided a medallion stamp without properly educating you on the tender offer, contact the SEC immediately.

Discovered who these guys are via the Pendrell tender offer... Never seen such a group of thieves in my life. There is nothing concerning PCO that warrants an 85% liquidity discount to the current market price ($1 vs $6.50). Even if one person owned all million shares MacKenzie proposed to tender, they could very likely move them through at market prices from now until the reverse split date. There is information in their offer to purchase that isn't even correct ("Will the corporation continue as a public company? No.") If I worked for this chop shop, I'd be ashamed. EDIT TO ADDRESS THE COMMENT BELOW: 1. It's all semantics, but in the hypothetical scenario of someone attempting to sell a million shares ahead of the reverse split date, the price of the stock would never approach $1 per share. It wouldn't even approach $4. 2. You're wrong. Straight from the 9/22 8-K: "The Class A Stock may continue to trade on OTC Pink®, a market often referred to as the 'pink sheets.'" Remember that deregistering with the SEC is not the same as no longer being a public company. Even if the stock went to the Grey Markets, it would still be considered a public company. A firm such as yours involved in a going dark transaction should know this. The implication you're making that people wouldn't be able to sell their shares post-split is manipulative and factually incorrect. 3. Considering that this transaction cannot even be affected with more than 300 holders, I don't think there are very many non-brokerage shares at all, especially considering that there was a previous reverse split a year ago. It seems to me you're hoping a few holders tender without really reading your offer, only for you to sell before the reverse split date.
