The Macon-Bibb CVB is a wonderful Liaison for the city and tourists from all over the world! Mrs. Simonton-Grissom assisted me in welcoming educators and advocates for a Georgia Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (GATESOL) regional meeting. She and the Staff embody the hospitality others have come to know and love. If you want information about Macon and even some Georgia-grown treats, visit the Macon-Bibb CVB today! You'll be glad you did!

Confused as to why I googled activities for children in Macon Ga. only to get you listed with the museums in town. really a waste of time.

I visited here and found the staff to be welcoming. I was the only person there when I visited. The hostess offered to show me a 12 minute documentary film on the history Macon in the small theatre. I took up their offer. There was trouble with starting the film and the staff was able to fix the problem, promptly. The staff was able to answer my questions on the locations of other museums in Macon. The center has a very interesting and well layed out timeline on the wall. It was very informative as well as entertaining. The restrooms were very clean. The counters were shining. It seemed the entire facility was brand new. There is some construction outside, but it is not much of an inconvience to the visitor.
