I have been using Marco Med's home delivery service on and off for about 2.5 years. I can say this, they are friendly and helpful and the food is pretty good too. I am picky about what I eat, certain things just don't agree with me and the staff at Macro Med were patient and understanding, helping me to order things I would really enjoy. Their soups are my favorite. It is such a relief with a full time job to have ready prepared healthy meals. I take their food into lunch about 3 to 4 times a week. It saves money and keeps me healthy. Thank you Macro Med!

Macro-Mediterranean has provided us with wholesome, healthy meals since it began in early 2009. We love the convenience and the cost is much less than our usual grocery and eating-out budget. They offer an extraordinary variety of foods and flavors. Their service also has inspired us to cook similar meals for ourselves when we have time. Over the first few months I lost about 20 pounds and have drifted downward since then another 5 pounds without any calorie counting or portion control. What's more, my medical lab values have gone from the high end of normal to the low end. I had passed my first and only kidney stone prior to starting Macro-Mediterranean and have not had any recurrence which I attribute to my diet. I have never felt better or healthier! Thank you Macro-Mediterranean for helping me make a significant positive change in my health and happiness.
