Order pizzas or delivery took over an hour called and the person who answer with out asking who I am said is on its way. I waited, ten minutes after the food arrived frozen. I called back the restaurant they never answered. Poor customer skills didn’t care all they wanted was the money. Never ordering and I will make sure I speak to manager. Been going their since 1985 they probably have new owners or new employees.😠😤

As a New Yorker, my first mistake was ordering a "pizza" from a Boston "New York pizza shop."  However, to my delight, they have a specialty pizza named the "New Yorker" which I just had to try.  Now, OBVIOUSLY New England is known for its diverse culture and knowledgeable cuisine and the concoction of dry, flavorless chicken mixed with dry, flavorless "steak" sprinkled on top of a disc of undercooked bread clearly describes NEW YORK PIZZA.  As I bit into a brick of nothing, I begged for the side of blue cheese for comfort but only found sadness and watered down elmer's glue.  If anyone wants real New York pizza...stay away from here.

Outstanding staff! I love the positive energy that's provided here. I've been to both existing New York Pizza's that exist in Boston (other one @ Boston Common) and they're both fabulous. Their huge pizzas are amongst the best compared to other pizza places especially for the price - I definately recommend coming to New York Pizza.

Was hoping this would be a decent place since I work a few shops down and need a place to grab lunch, but I got the buffalo chicken calzone and it was awful. Soggy, no cheese, low quality blue cheese that made the whole thing taste funky (and not the kind of funky you expect from blue cheese). Was skeptical of the price but figured it would be a good size and would have leftovers for the next day or two, but it was so bad I can't even bear to eat the more than the bites I had. Not worth the $20 and doubt I'll try anything else from here.

This place might just be my ultimate fav go to place the slices are so big they have different options to choose from, but most of all they have deserts how can you go wrong. Might be a little pricey, but it's all worth it.
