Terrible service. Stayed in store 45+ minutes after asking for specific help in a several departments . I knew the clothing item I was searching for was available, due to online checking before arriving. No help at all! Went home & ordered online Easy a 1-2-3! Continue w this type of service... & brick & mortar stores will end sooner rather than later. Hey...Management, Wake-up! When you & your retail employees loose your jobs b/c of the closing of stores...you will know why! It will be b/c of poor service, not technology!

A very disappointing experience today. Mike from the perfume counter ignored me and proceeded to checkout cuspomers when i was there first, i know this because i came from the other side and there was only 1 couple before me and the saleslady who directed me to him told me as soon as he finishes with them he'll be able to help you. He shouldnt be working in customer service if he wants to pick and choose what races to checkout. That is why he didnt acknowledge me. When someone else finally came to help me the tester was gone. He refused to open a new one to use as a tester. Afterall, a tester is basically a regular bottle with a tester sticker on it, right? If he needed to follow protocol and get the opening of the bottle approved i wouldve waited. At least i was being helped. Unacceptable treatment from a department store thats been around so long.
