It sucks. The service is the worst service you can possibly get. Been in here for over an hour. 6 people working and 2 people are sitting around doing NOTHING. deff dont recommend anyone come to att go anywhere else but here. Not to mention they didnt help me with ANYTHING and i waited over an hour. They dont even deserve a 1 star. More of a zero.

They don't know how to do there job workers making you wait while they stand an do nothing been here for an hour an nothing wish you had a no star rating would be great. Should fire over half your employees in here

Phong was awesome and very polite. Set me up with a brand new iPhone 7 like I wanted and cell phone bill under $100.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales rep had the worst attitude and continually rolled her eyes at me while I was speaking. The manager was absolutely useless as well. I will never go back to this store again and suggest you don't waste your time there either.
