Today I met the most wonderful and pleasant Macy’s employee. Her name was Diana Barnes & let me tell you!! Her customer service was so exceptional that it made me feel a little bit better about the world. She went the extra mile to meet my needs as a customer and smiled the whole darn time. Shoot? I purchased a lot in Macy's because of the no hassle return for one year. With that in mind I could just buy the items that look good in the first place without worrying about if they have some small flaws so that I have to return some of them. However, this Macy's has the strangest customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to return a T shirt I bought last week in wrong size. I only got a chance to notice that it was too narrow on the shoulder when I actually wear it for the first day. Yet the lady told me they cannot take return due to a "policy change" "last year". I mean.. excuse me, what change exactly? If you don't plan to honor Macy's policy, why bother still holding a gigantic "macy's" logo above your head?

I did find what I was looking for. However, I did not know the store closed at 8pm. Wow!!! The cashier was friendly, but the store always smell wet and/or damp. Housewares need to be improved greatly. I wasn't even motivated to buy. Either have the department in full force or just close it. The shoe department was😢 so, so SAD.

Great experience however not enough staff to accommodate the customers. It was a great sale but again not enough staff.

So I ordered some items online from Macy's website. I received my items on time. Everything is of excellent quality, the sizing runs a small so I had to take almost everything back to the store in which they easily allowed for the exchanges. The Macy's employee name Syed was very helpful in helping me locate similar items and the exchange went well. I didn't have any trouble whatsoever, their customer service is very good and I will definitely shop their website and store again.
