I spent over a hundred dollars here and at my last check out, I asked for boxes. The lady pulled out a huge box for a pair of gym shorts and top. I asked two smaller boxes and pa per for the inside. She apologized and said she didn't have any, maybe I could check other check out stations. So I left and went to a wrapping station and they noted that although the size of the top said large, it was a small. I had a terrible experience when you'd expect management to better prepared with the simplest of services.

Every time I've stepped into this location, it's been a disappointment. The store is very under-stocked. Perhaps they are holding back until construction around the mall is complete, or they see if the mall will get revived. This store is good if you are simply browsing or shopping around. The odds will not be in you favor if you are on the hunt for professional/career-focused women's clothing. I went there this week looking for suit pieces. I was greeted with anemic inventory, lack of colors/sizes and staff who were not familiar with their stock. Moreover if you are plus or women sized lady, don't bother going here. This store only carries frump-wear in their plus department. I was so frustrated after trying to get help for over 40+ minutes. I ended up driving out to Millenia and finding what I need. However if you are simply schmoozing about, I suggest going when they have a sale or checking out "last chance." Otherwise go to Macy's at Millenia or Florida Mall, which have better selections than this location. Hopefully this will change in the future.

The days of a busy mall are long gone. A good portion of the stores in this mall are no longer in existence. There is barely be any people traffic through out the mall. Many of the stores are operating on a skeleton crew with their staff I can only guess because they aren't really making any money. This mall is seriously in need of a crash​ cart.

If I could give a zero star I would. I went to day for the MAC free lipstick. There was a line that was not too long on both entrances, but once the door opened all hell broke loose. It was so disgusting watching grown women beat the heck out of each other for a tube of lipstick. There was one petite size Macy employee who unlocked the door and was fighting to get those women off of each other. They ended up hitting her. The manager of this store deserves to lose their job over how poorly this promotion was managed. No security in sight! To make matters worse the location only 60 lipsticks to give away to begin with! No one alerted these people of how many they had. Don't waste your time to visit this location, it is not safe or secure.

It was a great experience, the woman that waited on me was very good .she helped me with a few different choices. I love shopping at Macys.
