I only go to this Walmart because it’s convenient and close by and cheaper that the publix across the street. However, because of this store’s horrible customer service I would rather go to the more expensive super market where I know they’ll treat me kindly. The cashiers here are super rude, this one older Hispanic lady with glasses in particular. She never greets you, never bothers to converse or even say a word and hands you your receipt with a nasty look. This happens every time and when you thank her she just keeps that nasty look on her face. Others are rude to the managers and speak with attitude in front of customers and crumble under pressure when the lines get too long (which by the way, if managers see long lines for such a small place, they should open up more). The only 2 cashiers that are actually nice and helpful are the JOSE and the Hispanic woman with light eyes, I don’t recall their names. They always greet you no matter what and thank you upon completing the transaction. Jose even goes so far as to putting my groceries in my cart and made conversation with me when I was new to the neighborhood. This store truly doesn’t deserve him he’s great

Great prices, but they never have enough cashiers open.  It can be hard to get help too, but if price is the most important thing to you, you can't beat this place! Just be patient and plan on spending a little extra time in line. 😉

This is the worst walmart. It is dirty, crowded, long lines and no one is ever available to help. The employees have a bad attitude and are constantly standing around talking to one another. The carts are old and in need of repair. There is a huge issue with "homeless" people in the parking lot and around the entrance constantly asking for money. I never feel safe if I go here. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Econ and Conroy it's like night and day.

Staff is always friendly and overall I'm happy with the service ..but hot food at deli is always old and hard when ever I have purchased it and this has happened more than once
