This is not the Macy's I remember. This store has a layout like Target or Walmart. There is no style or class in the whole place. Try and get some assistance from a human being and you are in for a long day. You are better off sending up a signal flare and wait for the fire department to show up.

you will be ignored if you are not their kind.....why do they hire these cretins that have no customer service training...the older women are nice, shoe dept good but the you g staff has severe attitude problems...bad bad setvice, so bad that I called the store manager to complain after a staff member yelled at me! yes...Macys has sunk!

Tried to call the store to see if they have a certain size in a coat that i ordered so that i can exchange. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have called probably 12 times, different extensions. In between the many times that i called back, spoke with a few operators and every extension they transferred me to, there was no answer. Finally, i called the shoe department knowing that someone will answer. The woman that did answer wasn't pleasant at all. She put me on hold to transfer me to dresses because "that's the department closest to coats". Was on hold forever. I hung up and called dresses myself. The person that answered advised me that there were quite a few call outs. Which is understandable but ridiculous. She transferred me to another department...... no answer. Will probably try again later only because i really love this coat and would rather get a smaller size. Do not understand why there isn't a separate or additional line where customer's can be assisted. Hopefully I will not have to just return the coat all together...

This Macy’s proved to me why their sales have declined over the years and why they’ll be out of business sooner rather than later. I went in to purchase a men’s Under Armour laptop backpack that I saw they had IN STOCK for a great price. I looked through the entire store for an hour and didn’t see any backpacks besides the high class laptop ones. Finally I asked a women and showed her it said in stock at this location. She looked it up on her computer and it said the same thing. Long story short multiple associates end up sending me up and down and up and down in circles. After several up, down and arounds I left knowing I’ll never go back here again. POOR COMPANY

Two weeks back i was here with my wife to select a pair of office shoes for my wife. We are extremely pleased by the customer assistance of Maria. She was super helpful and very down to earth. With her help, we were able to select the right pair within no time.
