My experience is AWFUL ! I do not live in the area, but in Lakeland, but the thing I purchased on line was available in Winter Haven, so I decided to drive. I was not there yet, but already was very frustrated calling them regarding my order. It is impossible to reach live person there. AT ALL ! I called 7 times , twice after several steps ( automatic response ) I was directed to the right department ([ick up stuff) and then was disconnected. There is NO chance you could reach them ! I tried just to get into customer service - no way to be connected as well - again, the automatic options just do NOT have such an option and when I finally reach Live Response - the person was NOT capable to assist, to help, to direct - just useless. I heard - Macy's are closing plenty stores. Then let it be - there is Amazon with acceptable caring customer service, more flexible, more desirable, MUCH cheaper and much faster with well trained Customer Service professionals. Let Macy's go away !

Idk what heather hodson was saying but this store is amazing. Why would you try them on in the fitting room if you knew they were perfect? And them "$100" must be fake, otherwise, why would you bring them up? And the 5 min you had left, you could've bought your clothes. Are you that stupid to go to a cash register and buy them?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give one star if I could. I bought a very expensive watch for my son there and they would not resize it because "its not there policy to resize without receipt " WHICH IS A LIE! I did not even buy my daughters Michael Kors watch from there within the past year and they re sized it knowing I bought it somewhere else with no issues. That is when there costumer service was great. They have officially lost my business.

Don't take their broken products back, unqualified personal tried to tell me that "5 ATM" on the watch means its not water resistant at all... 5 ATM = 5 Atmospheres = 40 Meters = 130 ft. I just jumped in the pool and they claimed that the watch is not build for that...

They are awesome especially Lisa who worked in handbags. I was getting a new handbag for my wife and Lisa was awesome in helping me get a great purse at a great price.
