Got excellent service. Didn't have what I needed in stock so they ordered it and shipped it for free to my house. In and out of two different departments on different floors in 20 minutes.

Terrible experience at the Valley Fair location last night: a Finish Line employee by the name of Vinnie refused to exchange my wife's shoes that are leaving a large blister on her foot. He refused to provide a business card and assaulted me when I tried to take a name-tag picture. Macy's "Manager" by the name of Tiffany tried to belittle us when we complained. That's when I disengaged. My 3-month old son was with us and my wife was shaking. I am taking this to court.

I was looking for a not much used item and every store I went into said they didn't sell it.  Macy's was my first choice but I passed dozens of places along the way to there.  When I got there I looked all over and even asked a sales rep who said I know we sell them but they are not currently on the shelves.   I bought some after shave balm and while doing so the the sales person asked it I had a WOW card, I said no, and she said just takes a minute to sign up.  Two minutes later I had my WOW card and was walking in direction of the exit.  As I walked I made eye contact with a young lady wearing a Macy's ID.   She stopped me and asked if I found everything I needed. I said NO I did not. I then told her I came here looking for A Mens Large Turtleneck T-shirt.  She took me to an uncrowded register and with no pushback from two sales guys, commandeered the computer portion of the thing, and shortly informed me what I was looking for was IN STOCK!!! She then made sure what I wanted was available.  She printed something, turned to me and said if they aren't on the floor they must be in the warehouse.  Wait here I will be right back.  In about 5 minutes she came back and her hands was a large, Black turtleneck T-shirt! I was so shocked, to receive this kind of service in our current mediocre world. I had given up, thinking I guess I will have to buy it online.  Then she appeared out of nowhere.  I even asked her are you sure you work here after she took over the computer. I just have never met anyone at Macy's with that much power.  She even got a cell phone call while we were on the escalator, so Im thinking they probably want her back to her sales station, feeling sorry for myself. But, when I overheard her part of the conversation, I knew immediately,  if there is one here, I am going to be walking out of here with a black turtleneck T, men's large,  heh, heh. This lady was a GO-TO person, inside and out, and I was just lucky to cross her path.

Want to thank Mayu in the bedding department for helping me find the sheets and duvet cover I needed.  Seeing I was quite disabled with a hip problem, she had me sit right near the cashier counter, while she brought an assortment for me to choose from.  She saw the items were heavier than I anticipated, so she helped me to my car!  Then because I had forgotten that I needed two of the fitted bottoms, when my son came back to the store and dropped me at the door while he waited, Maria brought the sheet instead of me searching for it all the way across the store as I sat again right near the register.  Two remarkable ladies.  So thankful for their thoughtfulness.

I go here to get my cloths. Macy's has a pretty good selection. I've also bought a suit here before and they were able to tailor to make adjustments
