I am a Macy's card holder and have shopped here for years. I recently bought over $400 worth of clothes. When I wore a pair of shorts for the first time a snap button ripped right off. When I brought the pants back with he receipt for an exchange, within 2 weeks, the first thing the clerk said is that it was a problem and it got worse from there! I eventually had 3 employees including a department head involved. They didn't want to take back the product because there were no tags! Who wears clothes with tags on! One of the most negative experiences I've ever had. How sad to see how far Macy's has dropped.

Carlton from the bedding department was incredibly nice. He was very helpful and accommodating. Didn't think I would get such a pleasant shopping experience while picking up a comforter set...lol...I wish more people in customet service were like Carlton.

Went to buy some shoes in the women's shoe dept and there were only two women there and the store was soon closing. There were many customers still shopping and waiting for help and one associate was ringing and helping while the younger hispanic girl just kept standing at the register looking mean and wouldn't budge. However the lady that helped me and my friend was Maritza and she was very helpful. However, Macy's please get associates with better personalities and professionalism qualities it will help in the long run. Customers comes first and friendliness is a big key!
