Do Not Register Here. I have started a wedding registry with Sears in June 2017, went in store and registered for all of my items multiple times, because of scanner issues, computer issues, staff not knowing how to assist us. They say it takes 5-7 days for the items you scanned in store to show up on your registry. 14 days later, still no items. Had to go online and find some similar items to put on my registry. When I called customer service for help to get the items on the online registry I had to call 4 times. I then received an email from one of the Gift Registry staff (in July 2017- a month later) saying that they unfortunately don't update the items on the back end.. that the items cannot be placed on my online registry from the office. So the items I registered for will not be on my registry. 

Don't waste your time registering with Sears, there were many more issues, time and phone calls made. It's just not worth it.

I'm sure going to miss sears. Have shopped for many years at sears. Especially loved getting my kids the wish book to look through at Christmas.  It's a shame it really is :(

I am from out of town and have spent a great deal of time trying to call the store for info on a product before I travel up...all lines take me no where and no one answers the phone. sadly I am not impressed with the customer service. IN reading the comments it appears that no one really cares. There was a reply but the Issue is not resolved. Although physically attending to customers is important, answering the phone is also important! UPDATE: Thank you to the manager at the St Catharines store for your help and although lime ridge is having renovations I don't think it is an excuse for all the people on here complaining about the lack of customer service at lime ridge branch

Sad to see them go.  If there where a better C.E.O. happing I'm certain this retail -onging concern- would still be happening for another sixty years!
