As far as I’m concerned, I have to say that I have had an  awesome experience here at Macy's - specifically on the men’s shoes department. The sales lady that worked there helped me a great deal and was very friendly which I find very important when you are working in sales and generally when you are working with people. She didn’t mind spending a fair amount of her time while she was helping me find the right size for the shoes I liked. On top of great service, she also told me about coupon that helped me save money. I am not exaggerating when I say that I was very impressed with service here at Macy's. Not sure about other departments though, but I’ll try those out soon, hopefully. The only thing I could use a Con when it comes to Macy's is that the look they have in Richmond is a bit outdated, but overall great experience.

Macys had a wonderful Labor Day sale. Easy access to the store and plenty of parking.
