I feel sorry for the people that work in the store because they really are quite nice. The store is so mismanaged though. The escalators have been out of order for probably more than a month and a half. When I asked someone where I would go to purchase sheets they told me that the department has been moved upstairs. So I go all the way upstairs and guess what? Sheets are still in the lower level. Since the escalators are still out so I couldn't get downstairs I had to go find the elevator. Ugh!

Big selection of clothes and house items as well as makeup and well scented smells. They have sales from time to time but I'd say it's pretty expensive but it's a great department store

I did very well on the sales. Staff was very nice. Among the items I bought was a suit jacket. As I wa paying for the other items that I bought the cashier informed me that I would have to pay for the suit jacket in the suits Department. Fortunately it was quite uncrowded the day I went but I don't think something like this should ever happen.

Waaay better than Parkchester and Co-op City stores. This is what a Macy's shopping experience should be like. We'll laid out floors, well stocked departments, great sales people and cashiers, lots of parking outside..great store.
