Ordered a washer and dryer where the doors open from the left side and received the washer opening from the right side. Spent $2850. Sales person put the order through twice to confirm that it opened from the left side. Obviously he did this incorrectly. 

Extremely disappointed as we don’t have space for the unit to open on the right side. Now stuck with no washer and dryer to wash my newborns clothes. 

I will be heading back to the store to have this item replaced and sears WILL be covering the cost of the installation. Andres the salesperson screwed up majorly! 
We will not be returning customers.

Why is Sears not more successful?  As they have ALL I needed today. One stop shopping at its best

Be watchful of their return policy.  Very strict terms, unlike a lot of the other stores now a days.  I enjoy their sales and and if you find the right salesperson, you'll find them eager to help.   Some tend to run the other way and hide.

I tried to return an item of clothing my father bought when he came to visit. bottom line they didn't return it without a receipt, EVEN THOUGH THE TAG SAID SEARS, AND The tag WAS ON THE INSIDE OF THE PACK, unopened, unused, exactly as he got it. nope, no receipt, no return... not even half of the money, or lowest price sold on store credit!!! how last century!!! no one does that anymore
not only do they have extra over priced items, but they don't treat you right.
when I politely told the manager to tell"them" , the store, about this situation being unfair and unusual anymore, she said "how am I going to tell them to change their policy because you said so" .... how dumb can you be? I'm taking about passing the complaint upstairs... how can she be a manager?
anyways, everything very last decade
