I bought a dress in this store and when l needed it I noticed that the zip was broken. I took it back to exchange and I was informed that it was not possible. So a manager named Tessy was called and she came down to tell me that she can't exchange it. She started advising me to buy another dress from the same store. Such a mean manager and a mess up store with bad policy. Customer since 09.

I usually buy Calvin Klein apparel but I have found that most of the collection were things that were in the store last year. Very disappointing. Seems like they are focusing on the younger generation with all of the other merchandise.

What the hell happened here!? The employees are working on commission I get it, but 2 hours to wait for a pair of shoes!??!! Then they're assisting 4 other customers while helping you, its terrible..

Anti-LGBT staff. Seriously, a customer and an employee tried to force my boyfriend out of the dressing room, while he was undressed mind you, because he was trying on dresses. The staff member threatened to even call security. This person should not be working retail if they can't treat other people as equal.
