Didn't think that this location would be as snobby and judgemental as it was. I went in for an interview and everything went well until i was informed that the position I was applying for "Wouldn't be the best fit for me probably". I have experience in sales (Over 5 years) I am more than positive I am qualified to sell women's purses. Even after that, the manager said they'll have an open position in 2 weeks in a condescending/smug way. Over 1 month later, I haven't gotten a call. Horrible management. Lisa was horrible. (I believe that was her name.)

Love Macy's. ..but I went to the salon for a hair cut. I needed a change. Space seemed like an afterthought...or a stockroom remodel. Spent 30 bucks on a trim ...ish. ...Some mousse and No Style. Came home with the same problems I went with. I'm sad about it too. Don't ask for Jane. Sorry Doll.

First time here shopping. Hardly impressed with customer service at this location. One of the clerks Bootsy was very abrasive. Pushy asking 3 times about signing up for a Macy's card. She shouted out to a fellow associate about her work hours. No greeting. Didn't fold my clothes into the bag. Just threw it in. If I go back, I will avoid Bootsy. I don't want to feel like I intruded on her at the register on her personal life and her needs to push for credit card sales.

Sales Associate Jackie in the Women's Dept. was extremely helpful and kind to me. I had a complex billing problem and she took care of it with expertise and lots of smiles.
