Went into store to purchase a cocktail dress, shoes and a small evening bag. I was told I could get the pre sale price on Thursday but would have to pick the items up on Sunday. They also told me I would not be charged on my credit card until Sunday when I picked up the items. This was a complete lie!!! My card was charged on Thursday and I called the store to talk to the manager of the dress department. She again assured me that only a hold had been put on my account. That was not true. The funds were taken out on Thursday but I did not have the merchandise that I paid for. Now I have to take the time to drive back to the store to pick up my purchases, even though I could not take them with me on the day of purchase. I feel Macy's should have better customer service for their customers if they want to keep their customers. I do not have this problem at Nordstrom. Very disappointed

Great Store. I have been shopping at Macy's for years and this is by far the best location. I purchased Men's Tops, Clothes for the kiddos, and even shoes for my wife. The shoe department staff was awesome! This location is way better that other Macy's locations that I have visited in the past! Great Job! keep it up!

Temecula location of Macy's surprised me with excellent service and help with finding the dress I wanted to buy and fit me perfectly. The employee of petit the women clothes department, by name Wijdan demonstrated her product knowledge of her department, but seemingly the entire departments of women apparel. Wijdan obviously went beyond that of a department, giving such service as I can only expect at management level. Although I arrived at Macys at the last minute prior to the closing, she remained at her department until she completed the sale.

The wife and went to look for a dress for her for our son's wedding marylee was very friendly and professional great customer service
