I just have to praise the Temecula store!!! I just moved here from Houston and shopped at the Highland Village store for years- they know me lol! I've always had the best experience there, i usually call ahead before I go since it's 40 minutes away and they always take the time to find what I need. TODAY I RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM REX AT THE TEMECULA MALL, he went over and beyond to try and locate the bedding that was sold out online . I got the 20% family discount and free shipping !!!! I'm just so happy that I am now going to establish a great business relationship with my new Pottery Barn here in Temecula! Thank you and the entire staff for helping me out!! Sidenote: I recently broke my back so therefore I cannot get out and it's just so refreshing to know that I rely on calling. I can't say enough good things about Pottery Barn and my experience in the last couple of months working with the designers. I am a midwife in southern California. When the new owner of the business in which I rent a small room, redecorated and painted the walls grey, it was not pretty, warm or inviting! One day while shopping for a rug at the Pottery Barn in Temecula, I decided to take advantage of Pottery Barn's free design service. In my first appointment, designer Kathleen Polin came out to my office, measured, talked to me about what I needed; then went to work drawing up, by the inch, a functional, sophisticated, and pretty design plan. She drew everything to scale, so completely that when my handyman hung the pictures, clock and shelf, he knew exactly how many inches from the floor, ceiling and wall corners to place them. In my second meeting with Kathleen at the store, she helped me to choose chairs, tables, lamps and fabric. This room took about 2 months to complete. Most of the items arrived by post to my door within a week or 2; a couple of things I picked up at the store and the upholstered chairs were delivered in about 2 months from when the order was placed. I've gotten so many compliments on my office from clients; the room is a warm, inviting, sophisticated, friendly, and elegant place for moms and dads to receive care.

This is an outstanding Pottery Barn store that is very customer focus and has a lovely selection. My wife and I shop here frequently. The store management does a great job and this is a fun place to shop. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I frequent this location often. It is by far our favorite not only furniture store but PB in the area. We have worked with many of their employees and each experience has been wonderful. We purchased a bed, dining chairs, a rug, a sectional, throw pillows, and a vanity. Many of the employees know us by name and they do not push us to make a sale. When we ask questions they all take the time to answer them and our favorite designer puts some of our favorites in the wish lists and lets us know when items we are looking for go on sale. We had an issue once through NO fault of any of the store employees and they all went above and beyond to settle the problem as well as send us a handwritten card thanking us for shopping there. We will continue to come here and work with the fabulous designer Kathleen, the ever patient Kalani, Emily (who moved to Williams and Sonoma), and many more!
