I am very unhappy with the box springs I purchased back in January. It is too high. I went back in Feb to ask about the low box springs. Sales associate said it would only make a difference of 3". I reget being talked out of changing. Now it is too late to exchange and if I did, I would be charged 15% plus $85. That way too much for me. I would greatly appreciate an even exchange at no cost to me.

If I could give this Macy's store a negative rating I would ... stood on line on Friday ... register wouldn't process any credit cards ... had to wait on multiple lines .. asked for a manger but there was none and read told the manager didn't know what to do ... aside from the fact that there were not enough registers available the service from this store was atrocious ... the employees were vey courteous .. but whomever the manager is was not ...

The shoe clerk didn't want to help me today, I was really disappointed. Needed another size and was told that I had to call another store on my own. I thought that was part of the service

I am sooo very pleased with my experience with Gracie Estrada of Macy's in Freehold Mall in the Lancôme department. Gracie is just wonderful, since she knows I am disabled & having other family issues right now. She never pressures me but let me know when deals might be available & I have to say it's always when I need things. She is a wonderful, sweet & caring attributes to ur fine company. I would NEVER even think of not asking her for advice as she always sends me the perfect things I am looking for even when I say Gracie I trust u, pls decide for me. I have NEVER sent anything back & she is so warm & kind, I worked in the cosmology industry 33 years & I trust her totally. She is so wonderful, U r truly lucky to have Gracie. Your truly, Linda Hoehn. Thank u!
