Freehold NJ Sears.  Have been trying to call this store Not a single department picks up the phone. This is my second day trying total of 15 calls not a single pick up.  WOW YOU GUYS are awful.    Can u imagine buying a product from here, if they won't even pick up the phone.

Horrible.. Paid for next day delivery for a fridge which I waited all day and never got it. I called the store about 100 Times and not one person will pick up the phone. I called customer service and its overseas with someone who can't help... So Sad..

Their HARDWARE section is generally pretty great, though the Craftsman name is not what it used to be. The rest of the store I can take or leave.
