This store is clean and organized. My Favorite thing in the store was the customer service that I received in Men's department. I think The guy's name was Nadir, amazing customer care from that guy he helped me pick an outfit for a date that I had that fit my budget. overall a nice shopping experience.

Associate could not help me! I went in to exchange a vest I bought and the associate checked on the computer, said there were 5 in stock but claimed she couldn't go into the stock room and find it! Left very annoyed and upset!

I just had the worse experience with one of their employee i bought a ring not too long ago for my wedding but it craked so i wanted to see what they can do for me but this woman working at the jewelry department was taking care of a woman it was all fine i was next until some older woman than me came in and this lady working there didn't even care what my problem was i told her what i needed. Just because im young im not a priority

Couldn't find a clerk to help me for15 min. Couldn't find with the pot I wanted even with clerk. Bad experience!!!

Overall condition of store was good. Although selection was lacking and sales help was more concerned pushing a Macy credit card that actually making the sale.
